Tesway X5 Pro is the Long Ranger!

My new Tesway X5 Pro is one of only two long range ebikes on the market. When I say ling range I mean it comes with a 52 Volt 60AH battery that can go 200 miles with pedaling.

BUY the Tesway X5 Pro long range ebike for just $1,699

This is my 2nd 60AH ebike I have tested on my channel and the X5 Pro is certainly on par with the others in this category of ebike. My only real complaint about it is the basic display which does not list battery percentage or voltage. You only get 5 bars on the screen to indicate battery life.

Tesway X5 Pro Review

I opted for the large rear rack 11×17 in order to be able to do Uber Eats deliveries with it. Thus far its been a champ helping me deliver on my local streets. Top speed is around 30mph although my GPS speed app seemed to indicate 1-2 miles slower than the X5 screen did.

The dual suspension is good, the rear ones are stiff and cant be adjusted while the front suspension fork has a decent amount of travel.

Power comes from a 1000 watt/1600 peak watt motor with 100nm of Torque. Because of its weight (112lbs) however it does not feel torquey, it gets off the line rather slow from a dead stop. But once you get rolling it gets up to speed quickly.

It rolls on 20X4 Kenda Krusade knobby tires sitting on mag rims. I have the step thru version but it also comes as a step over. The ebike folds as well though I’d recommend taking the heavy battery out before you try that. The battery alone weighs 30 pounds.

I have 128 miles on the ebike to date and report no problems with the X5 Pro. It seems like a solid buy and a good value for the listed price of $1,699.
