I think I found my long term food delivery ebike, the Tesway X5 Pro with the 52 volt 60ah battery that goes 30 MPH. I can deliver for days without charging and the rear rack is big enough to fit two orders at once.
The X5 Pro can hit 30 MPH with throttle. It doesnt have a lot of torque off the line but I really like the looks and ergonomics of its step thru frame.
