Wallke has been selling foldable 26X4 ebikes for a few years now. A guy in my ebike group has a 2020 version with dual suspension. It was a decent ebike, but he new 2023 models are quite an improvement in nearly all aspects of functionality.
I recently took it on a bumpy dirt trail and the dual suspension was perfect for that kind of rocky, rooty terrain. It handled that ride (the bumpy OCA trail in Westchester NY) with ease.
The four link middle suspension really keeps the bumps at bay along with the front hydraulic suspension fork. It is currently my only dual suspension ride in the garage and I aim to keep it for a while as an off road option.
I don’t know of many other dual suspension ebikes other than what Wired and Ariel Rider produce that can top 32 MPH out of the box, so the Wallke X3 Pro is a great value for the price.
