On a warm August afternoon I hit up the Electrify Expo on Long Island. The Expo travels the country in several major cities each year to give consumers hands on test rides for both ebikes and electric cars.
I test rode the Ford Mustand Mach-E but was there for the ebikes. This years event had much less ebike brands in attendance but get the chance to ride a $15k Stromer, the Async A1 and some other ebikes that were new to me.
My favorite ride this day was the Async A1 a $3500 eMoped style ebike with a full twist throttle. Its design is very unique for the ebike world.
