A new brand called Leoguar has entered the ebike market and they are now selling a variety of ebikes (26X4) and this new lightweight folder called the Flippo. It comes in four colors, red, yellow, gray and the one I chose, Marine Blue.

Motor & Power
The Flippo comes with a peppy 350 watt motor that has 45nm of torque. That is paired with a 48 volt 10.4 ah seatpost battery that must be plugged in via a plug behind the seatpost. It has 7 speeds and five levels of assist.
Sizing & Style
The Flippo has a payload capacity of 232 pounds and it weighs just 55 pounds. It is 63 incles long and folds in half for easy storage. Design wise it reminds me of those Brompton folding ebikes. But the quality is there, I would compare this against the Blix Vika+ which I reviewed last year.
Tires & Brakes
The ebike sites on 20 X 2.15 inch street tires featuring a rigid front fork and Tektro mechanical disk brakes.
My Take
The Flippo is a well made ebike and it should be for its higher price point ($1399). That will scare away some folks but if you are looking for an ultralight, portable ride it may be for you. I found it to be quick, nimble and well refined.
