Review of the RAEV Bullet GT

If you are looking for an ebike that looks more like an electric motorcycle the RAEV Bullet GT should be right up your alley!

RAEV Bullet GT

Speed and comfort. Thats what the Bullet GT from RAEV, a new ebike brand offers. They make two other variants: one with single suspension and one with dual batteries and slightly higher top end speed.

Let’s look at the specs;

  • 48 Volt 20 amp hour battery with Samsung 21700 cells
  • LCD display
  • 28 MPH top speed
  • 3 levels of assist
  • 3 Amp Fast Charger
  • Hydralic brakes with 160 mm rotors
  • 14-28T Freewheel
  • CST 20×4 fat tires
  • Roomy and long saddle

I like the overall design since its very unique in the market. It’s agile and fun to throttle on the streets thanks to its low center of gravity. The large battery is also greta because you’ll want to run this ting at higher speeds mainly. The saddle is truly comfortable.

Being six feet tall I cant pedal this ebike. For one thing I cant get pedal extension and there is some ghost pedaling. It needs a bigger chainring. The brakes squeek a little out of the box but the company did send me new ceramic brake pads to fix that.
